Sample page from the guide — the Skins format on one page: rules, points at a glance, worked example and strategy tip

One format = one page, readable on the tee

The key-facts bar (players · difficulty · how scoring works), the rules in 4–5 steps, the “Points at a glance” block so you can recall the scale mid-round, a verified worked example, and a strategy tip. Every page is checked against the scoring engine of the Game of Swing app — the examples are right, to the point.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is in the guide?

53 pages: a “how to choose your format” page, the 41 formats on one page each (step-by-step rules, a worked example, variants, a strategy tip), the contents by number of players, the summary scoring scales (Stableford, Chouette, Nines, Wolf…) and a glossary of the terms used in the formats.

Is the guide kept up to date?

Yes. Your download link always gives you the latest version: when a format changes in the app, the matching page is updated — at no extra cost and with no new order.

Is there a free version?

Yes: a 10-format sample is free to download, no email required — including the 5 formats you can play for free in the app (Skins, Stableford, Stroke Play, Four-Ball, Texas Scramble). See the “Start for free” section above.

How is it different from the app?

The guide explains and is meant to be read — before the round, in the clubhouse, offline, printed if you like. The app does the counting during the round: scales, carry-overs, roles, live leaderboard. They complement each other: the guide to choose and understand, the app to play.

Can I cancel after buying?

Because the guide is digital content available for immediate download, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal when you complete the purchase (art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If you have any trouble downloading it, support will send your link again: contact@gameofswing.com.

Can I print it?

Yes — the guide is A4, designed for printing as much as for reading on a phone or tablet. Personal use only: sharing or reselling the file is not allowed.

And to play, the app counts for you

All 41 formats from the guide are in the Game of Swing app: enter the scores and it handles the scales, the carry-overs and the live leaderboard. 5 formats free, no account needed.
