⛳ For golf clubs

Bring your course to life, during the round.

Nine holes or eighteen: the range, online booking and the federation app cover you before and after the round. Not during. Game of Swing replaces nothing — it fills the one empty slot, with your real course, your game formats and your prizes.

The gap

Equipped everywhere, except where the player spends their time.

A modern club already has its tools. None of them follows the player on the course — whether they go out for nine holes or for the day — where the experience they will talk about at the bar is made.

1
On the range

Radar, mats, balls: practice is measured. The player is alone with their technique.

2
Before the round

Online booking does its job: the tee time is taken, the payment is made.

3
After the round

The federation app records the card, the licence and the handicap index.

4
During the round

Nothing. Nine holes or eighteen: a pencil, a scorecard, and the same format as last time.

The club offer

What the club gets

Six concrete things, visible to your players from day one — the last two with the Engage plan. Nothing to install on your machines, nothing for your team to learn.

⛳
Your real course

Par for every hole, stroke index, distances: we enter them. At your club, Stableford and Against Par are accurate. Anywhere else, an app falls back on a generic par.

🎮
Ten formats instead of five

Five are free for everyone. The club unlocks five more for its members — chosen with you to suit your course: well known, easy to explain on the first tee, and right for its length. Fifteen with the Full Club plan.

📱
Your club page and its QR

Photos, opening hours, prices, range, restaurant, and direct links to your online booking and your social media. The QR on the ball dispenser takes players there.

📊
Your statistics, every month

How many rounds played at your club, in which formats, and how many players — five rounds of two is not five rounds of four. Volumes, never a list of your members' names.

🏆
Game of the month · Engage plan

Every month, one format in the spotlight at your club. You display and share, we supply everything: the poster with your QR, the post for your social media, the email for your newsletter, and the two-line rules for your beginners.

🎁
Your end-of-round prizes · Engage plan

We set up the draw in the app; the prizes are yours — you choose which ones, how many, and at which counter they are served. A prize only costs you its margin, and only when a player turns up. At Golf du Fort, it's a drink at the bar.

Three plans

You choose how far the club gets involved.

From “you manage nothing” to “a month of competition at your club”. Each plan includes the one before and adds something — and it is all done remotely: your team has nothing to learn.

Starter
You manage nothing.
  • Your course entered hole by hole, for 9 and 18: par, stroke index, distances
  • Ten formats for your players: the five free ones, and five the club unlocks for them
  • Your club page and its QR codes, with visuals ready to print
  • Progress tracking for your players on your course
  • The monthly figures, every month
  • No prizes, nothing to share
★ Recommended
Engage
Your club comes alive.
  • Everything in Starter
  • The game of the month, ready to publish: the poster with your QR, the post, the email, the two-line rules
  • Your end-of-round prizes: we set up the draw, you choose the prizes and the counter
  • You stay in control of the prizes: how many are in play, how long they last, who serves them
Full Club
Your club in competition.
  • Everything in Engage
  • The challenge of the month: a month of competition, a live leaderboard on the clubhouse TV and on phones, poster and rules supplied
  • Five extra formats, designed for club competition: Florida Scramble (as a challenge, in teams of 3 or 4: all your players are compared on the same basis), Handicap Scramble, Greensome, The Snake, Dots / Feats — fifteen in all, for individuals and teams alike
  • The monthly review, with commentary: what worked, and the game to push next month

Example of an event

The November Challenge, at Golf du Fort.

A month of competition, everyone at their own pace, with a leaderboard that lives in the clubhouse. Here is how it runs, step by step.

  1. 1
The club sets the rules and the prizes. At the Fort: net Stableford over 9 holes, at least two players, and balls, tees and drinks to win — plus lifetime access to the app for the winners.
  2. 2
We supply everything else. The poster with its QR, the rules to put up, the newsletter insert, and the online leaderboard.
  3. 3
All month, everyone plays when they like. At the end of the round, the player chooses to post their score. The app calculates it: nobody enters it by hand.
  4. 4
The leaderboard updates live, online and on the clubhouse TV. Four leaderboards: men and women, each split by handicap index (up to 36.9, then 37 and above) — beginners get their own podium.
  5. 5
Prize-giving at the bar, in early December. The prizes are the club's own, as for its tournaments.

At the end of the round, in the app: each player ticks their name, chooses their leaderboard and posts. The score is already calculated. Fictitious names.

On the ground

What it looks like in a real club.

A golf manager trusts a fellow manager, not a promise. So here is what is in place at Golf du Fort: the QR where every player has to pass, and the poster in the clubhouse.

In practice

Four steps, and that's it.

Game of Swing is a web app: it opens like a website and behaves like an app. Nothing to install to try it, nothing to update, and it works without signal on the course.

1
You display the QR

On the ball dispenser and at the 1st tee. We supply the printed visuals.

2
The player scans and plays

The app opens on your page: your course, your formats, your prizes. No account, no download.

3
He scores offline

Scores are entered without coverage; everything syncs when the signal comes back. The link to your club is remembered — and follows the player to a new phone if they have created an account.

4
The player shows their voucher

If they have won, they come to the bar with their screen. Your staff tap once — on their phone, no code needed. Nothing to install at your end, nothing to learn. A prize can only be served once: the server guarantees it.

Why a QR code and not a text message. A web app cannot be installed from a link opened in WhatsApp or Messages — that is a limit of the phones, not a choice. A QR code displayed at the club opens the real browser. That is exactly why on-site display is the right medium.
Your data, and your players' data

You get volumes, never names.

It is a design choice, not a technical limit.

🔒 No account required

The app starts without signing up: no email, no phone number, no surname. The first names entered on the first tee are used for the scoreboard and nobody checks them. A player who wants to keep their rounds when they change phone can create an account — it is their choice, and it stays between them and us. So there is no file of your members to build, declare or protect.

📈 Volumes, never names

What you will receive every month is numbers. What you will never receive is the list of who played and when. That is what makes the app easy to offer to your players: nobody has to give anything to use it.

Every club has its own size, course and level of support, so there is no published price. Tell us where you stand and we will reply within 48 hours with a written, costed proposal, with no commitment.

What we need from you

Getting the word out (newsletter, posters on the ball dispenser and at the 1st tee), the list of prizes you are willing to give, and who serves them at the bar or reception. That's all.

What we do

Entering your course hole by hole, your club page, the visuals to display, the event of the month, and the monthly report.
